About the job
You work 80-100% in Zug – with the possibility to work partially remote
This position offers you
- You plan the gross demand of our customers or our country subsidiaries and work closely with various stakeholders
- Your tasks include ensuring a rolling forecast at the forecast group level as well as coordinating solution and decision-making in case of short-term bottlenecks
- You accompany the phase-in and phase-out process related to the planned quantity and ensure that delivery deadlines are met and inventory targets are achieved
- You drive the continuous improvement process (CIP) of the Demand Planning area and support the Head of S&OP in implementing, improving, and further developing the S&OP processes and their tools
- You improve the existing data base and tool chain and ensure the master data relevant for planning. Automation and digitization are the focus
You bring the following to the position
- You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering (HF/FH/Uni) or advanced training in supply chain management
- Several years of experience in planning (ideally demand planning) characterize you; experience in E2E processes and sales excites us additionally
- You bring a deep understanding of SCM, material flows, international sales, and ERP
- Thanks to your good communication skills and your convincing, positive manner, you succeed in building trust with the respective country subsidiaries
- Your result- and quality-oriented working style and your implementation strength enable you to consistently achieve good results
- Due to your open and reflective personality, you easily combine your mindset of Swiss Made with a multicultural understanding
- You have business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

V-ZUG Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
The S&OP department, to which the Demand Planner position belongs, is part of the Operations Department. In coordination with the country subsidiaries, demands are mapped and coordinated with production, purchasing, and financial planning. A rolling 12-month demand picture is ensured to plan capacities, resources, and costs accordingly. Accompanying products in their lifecycle plays a significant role (phase-in to phase-out).
