Your main tasks are
- Deputising for the co-team leaders in the personnel and professional management of a care and support team with 30 residents
- Professional, individual care and support of residents in all complex situations based on the nursing process as well as cooperation with their relatives.
- Professional guidance and empowerment of employees in complex situations
- Interprofessional collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- Documentation and interpretation of the nursing services provided
- Participation in the training of apprentices (FaGe EFZ, AGS EBA) and HF students in everyday practice
You have
- Training as a registered nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- The ability, motivation and enthusiasm to take the step into a leadership role
- An engaged and communicative personality characterised by professional and social competence, independence and process-oriented working methods
- Trust, attentiveness and flexibility are central values for you
