Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH for Late Shift 50 - 80%
As an HF nursing specialist in Spitex, you play a central role in outpatient care for us and contribute significantly to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients.
Your main tasks include:
- Guidance, advice, and care of people in their familiar environment
- Ensuring high-quality care, including through interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, both internally and externally
- Guidance and support of colleagues during the late shift
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- Proven professional competencies that you apply purposefully in your daily work
- Communication skills that you use empathetically in contact
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Driver's license category B
