Your tasks
- You are responsible for the conversion of the care voucher system for supplementary family childcare.
- You ensure that the replacement of the municipal application with the new cantonal application works during the 2026/2027 application period.
- You plan and implement communication measures for responsible, target group-oriented communication with parents, daycares, and specialist offices.
- You plan training sessions for daycares, provide information and consultations, and implement these.
- You advise parents on the use of the new application and ensure complaint management.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree and ideally further training in the subject area or in project management.
- You have experience in goal-oriented management of small to medium projects or in introducing new systems.
- You have very good MS-365 skills and ideally know Infoma and kiBon.
- You work in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner, use methodological tools purposefully, and coordinate closely with your supervisor.
- You communicate clearly and gladly with all people and have good foreign language skills.
