Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 40-100%, fixed days possible

Your tasks:

You are independently on the road by car to provide our customers with the best possible care at home
Your tasks include body care, mobilization, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
You record care processes in the electronic care documentation and order medications and care materials.
In our primary nursing, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive care and individual nursing of individual customers and regularly meet with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.
