Your Tasks
- Responsible for the administrative and organizational planning, coordination, and implementation of continuing education offerings
- Planning, organizing, and accompanying continuing education offerings, CAS starts, information events, and graduation ceremonies
- Preparation of admission decisions according to the defined guidelines for program management and deputy management
- Contact person and administrative interface for participants, lecturers, and program managers – including support and advice via email or phone
- Participant management and program organization via the Evento system as well as data maintenance in other internal systems
- Invoicing and support in administrative processes in the finance area
- Maintenance and provision of information on websites, learning platforms, and internal tools
- Collaboration in marketing measures, e.g., planning and support of information events, sending various information to target groups
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of processes in the sense of continuous improvement
- Taking over substitutions within the team
Your Profile
- Solid commercial training as well as several years of qualified professional experience in education or hospitality
- Very good PC skills (MS Office), IT affinity (complex system landscape)
- Good communication skills and confident German as well as good English skills
- Service-oriented personality
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking
- Team player with social skills as well as friendly and confident demeanor even in hectic times
- Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity that requires a lot of independence
- Resilient and flexible personality with a very high quality awareness
