The Breitenhof Center includes a senior center with around 95 residents with different care and nursing needs as well as a day care KitS - daycare and seniors.
For the administration, we are looking for a flexible person starting immediately or by arrangement
Specialist IT, QM & Administration
Workload 60%
- First contact person in IT 1st level support
- Support for our employees with questions about hardware and software with support from our external partner
- Support of our IT applications
- Participation in IT projects
- Maintenance and further development of our quality management tool
- Independent planning, organization and execution of internal audits
- General administrative relief
- Holiday cover at the reception
- Basic training or solid professional experience in the field of commercial administration, IT or QM/QS
- Solid professional experience in all mentioned areas
- Very good IT user skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- Organizational talent, independent and structured way of working
- Reliable, eager to learn and open to new areas
