Your tasks
- You think digital: SEO, SEA, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation are not buzzwords for you but your playground
- You plan and manage digital marketing campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation
- You develop and optimize our funnel from lead to opportunity (MQL → SQL)
- You implement use-case-based campaigns (e.g., HVAC, roof/facade, metal construction)
- You support our international distribution partners with campaign-ready assets and clear sales arguments
- You develop practical content (e.g., social media, video, use cases) to generate demand among end customers
- You use AI tools in marketing to increase efficiency and scale content and campaigns
- You analyze markets, competition, and campaign performance and derive concrete optimizations
- You work closely with sales, product management, and development
- You use marketing budgets purposefully and impact-oriented
What we are looking for
- Completed studies in marketing, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification in marketing & communication
- Several years of experience in digital marketing with proven success
- Experience in content creation (e.g., social media, video, use cases) is an advantage
- High self-motivation, willingness to shape, and a strong desire to continuously improve things
- Independent, structured working style as well as a high level of commitment and resilience
- Sense of responsibility and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- Strong sales and customer orientation as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of processes
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
