Quality Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
Quality Management
- Overall responsibility for the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO and relevant standards of the spectacle lens and optics industry
- Planning, conducting, and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Maintenance and further development of QM documentation (process landscape, guidelines, standards) as well as training, consulting, and methodological support of the departments
Risk Management
- Further development and maintenance of a company-wide risk management system
- Moderation of risk analyses (e.g., process risks, organizational risks) and derivation, follow-up, and effectiveness checks of risk mitigation measures
Process Management
- Overall responsibility for company-wide process management
- Support of departments in process design, harmonization, and continuous improvement of business processes
Occupational Safety & Health Protection (SIBE / SIFA)
- Assuming the role of safety officer (SIBE) or safety specialist (SIFA) according to EKAS guidelines
- Support and further development of operational safety and health management
- Contact person for authorities, insurance companies, and external specialist offices
Your profile:
- Completed technical, scientific, or business studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality, process, or risk management in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in lean management
- Training as SIBE or SIFA (or willingness to complete it)
- Sound knowledge in auditing, risk management, and process modeling
- Structured, analytical, and conceptual way of working
- Strong communication and moderation skills at all hierarchy levels
- Very good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage
