We are an independent full-service online agency based in Zurich. With our interdisciplinary team of around 30 people, we implement sustainable projects along the entire value chain – from consulting, through creation to implementation with subsequent operation. We are specialists in social media marketing, online marketing, and websites & apps. For more than 15 years, we have been successfully working for clients such as Bio Suisse, Glatz AG, Hyundai, Zurich Cantonal Police, Media Markt, Schwyzer Kantonalbank, Stadler Form, Allianz, ZVV – and many others.

your profile

• You are passionate about sustainably increasing the visibility of websites in search engines and AI-based systems (LLMs) with SEO and GEO
• SEO is more than a job for you – you love analyzing and optimizing visibility and rankings data-driven
• Tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics are part of your daily toolkit
• You analyze backlink profiles, on-page factors, content, and technical SEO aspects with passion and a trained eye for detail
• You bring solid experience in online marketing, especially in SEO (ideally complemented by SEA or content marketing)
• You have gained professional experience on the agency or company side in the search field
• You have a completed degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, or digital business
• You have technical understanding – knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or common CMS is a plus
• You work independently, structured, and analytically – and bring the necessary drive to complete tasks and push things forward
• You are linguistically proficient in German and write with style; additional languages such as English, French, or Italian are an advantage

your tasks

• Independent management of SEO projects (on- and off-page)
• Development of SEO strategies, backlink strategies, content audits, etc.
• Creation of keyword research and strategies
• Development of on-page analyses and optimizations, including for AI overviews and AI-supported search experiences (GEO)
• Planning and implementation of ongoing optimization measures
• Formulation of briefings for SEO texts
• Setup and configuration of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio
• Creation and commentary of monthly reports
• Preparation and conducting of SEO trainings and workshops
