Within our Customer Operations unit, we are looking to strengthen the team in Wetzikon immediately or by arrangement, with a motivated and reliable personality as a Customer Operations Clerk, 80% to 90%.
Customer Operations clerks handle the administrative processes and tasks for the opening, management, and balancing of customer data as well as basic, investment, and pension products. Furthermore, they take on internal control and monitoring tasks to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal bank requirements and act as an interface to the outsourcing partner for the area of numbers as well as the operation of the Fraud Competence Center "Numbers".
