The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and relies on a modern corporate and leadership culture. The Service Center as the service center of the IV Office Bern ensures that processes, services, and benefits are provided efficiently, uniformly, and with high quality.
In the role of Digital Service & Process Manager, you take on a central design and control function. You design and control processes and services and use digitization specifically as a lever for a modern, impact-oriented, and high-performance service center. In doing so, you work closely with executives, teams, and stakeholders, create transparency about performance and impact, and generate measurable added value for our customers as well as the specialist departments.
What you can achieve with us
- You ensure a uniform, efficient, and impact-oriented way of working across all teams of the Service Center
- You harmonize, standardize, and digitize cross-departmental end-to-end processes and continuously develop them further
- You design and improve services and offerings with a focus on quality, impact, and users
- You create transparency and controllability by building, further developing, and maintaining an effective KPI and performance measurement system
- You actively promote a sustainable process, quality, and performance culture throughout the Service Center
- You lead and moderate workshops, working groups, and projects on digitization, process optimization, service design, and quality
- You accompany and empower teams with training, guidelines, and practical methods
- You take on the professional responsibility for selected tools and applications from requirements definition to further development
- You also act as a risk coach and handle professional risk issues in the Service Center in a structured and forward-looking manner
Which skills are important to us
- You have further training in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience in process management and business analysis as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You bring methodological competence in process optimization, service design, lean or quality management and have experience in leading or participating in cross-departmental projects
- You have a high level of digital competence and move confidently in transformation and digitization projects
- Experience with KPI systems, reporting, and performance management is part of your profile
- You communicate confidently and convincingly, moderate workshops confidently, and prepare complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- An independent, structured way of working as well as a high service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you
- We are a bilingual (German–French) company – active knowledge of the respective other language is therefore desired

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks

At least 25 days of vacation annually, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
