Read, study and interpret plans, technical drawings and 3D models to determine and ensure production requirements (tooling, fixtures, etc…)

Create CAM programs using GIBBSCam software for the production of new parts

Participate in defining our machining and grinding manufacturing processes

Install and adjust cutting tools, cutting parameters, and ensure the precision of operations

Perform debugging of CAM programs on our CNC production equipment

Ideal profile:

ES technician diploma in the field of mechanics or equivalent training
3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacture of watch components
Good knowledge of programming with GibbsCAM software
Experience in machining: turning and 3 and 5 axis milling
Experience in grinding, lapping and CNC satin finishing in the watchmaking sector would be an asset
Mastery of control equipment and plan reading
Rigor, organizational skills and team spirit
