In our special day school, six children or adolescents are supported and cared for in one class by a support team, taking into account their individual abilities, with special education. In addition to lessons, the students benefit from a wide range of therapy options. They spend their free time either at home or in our boarding school.

We are looking for a temporary replacement for one of these classes starting February 1, 2026, limited until April 30, 2026 for a

Teacher
(40% workload)

During this replacement, there is an opportunity for an in-depth insight into a specific area of special education and the individual, resource-oriented support of children and adolescents with severe disabilities. An experienced mentor accompanies and supports the onboarding. Further employment is also possible if interested.

Tasks

Teaching, support, and assistance for six students aged between 4 and 18 years
Leading the class team (school assistant, apprentices)
Collaboration with parents and specialist agencies
Interdisciplinary cooperation with staff from the boarding school, therapy, medical care, and central services

Profile

Teaching diploma
Special education additional training desired
Experience in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities preferred
