LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern with additional branches in Biel and Thun as well as the concept store MAGGS in Bern. To strengthen our sales team in our women's fashion Bern we are looking for a fashion-conscious, service-oriented, and competent personality from February 1, 2026 as 

Sales / Cashier Assistant Women's Shoes/Fashion approx. 50% (m/f/d)

Would you like to continuously inspire our customers with your hospitality, trend, and fashion expertise?

Your tasks:

• You warmly welcome our customers and actively approach them
• You inspire as a host and live this on the sales floor
• You actively sell in our women's shoes and fashion department and ensure comprehensive and competent advice 
• You create an attractive sales atmosphere and help generate new regular customers
• You operate the cash register professionally
• You manage and present our assortment (women's shoes/fashion)

Your profile:

• You have completed retail training in the shoe or textile sector and can work between approx. 40-50% (hourly wage)
• You are a hospitable personality with a winning charisma, impeccable manners, and a neat appearance
• You enjoy selling and have a feel for our customers
• You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and motivated
• You have confident German language skills (any additional language is appreciated by our international clientele)
