Your responsibilities
- Complete operation management: planning, organization, supervision
- Team leadership: recruitment, training, evaluation, scheduling
- Performance monitoring: sales, costs, margins, and regular reporting
- Quality assurance: customer reception, hygiene (HACCP), company standards
- Coordination with the Chef for menu creation and supervision
Your profile
- Degree: Hotel school or manager diploma,
- Restaurant license (Cantonal regulation)
- 3–6 years of management experience, including 2–4 years in collective catering is a plus
- Leadership, organizational skills, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual French/English, comfortable with IT tools and ERP
