Maintenance Employee (m/f/d)
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented and reliable team member in maintenance for the upkeep of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air, and steam systems as well as water supply. In this versatile role, you will independently manage our building systems and support our caretaker team:
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Independent maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air, and steam systems as well as water supply
- Carrying out inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical adjustments
- Supporting projects in the HVAC field
- Creating technical documentation in the infrastructure area
- Compliance with specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Support in the area of operational maintenance and caretaking as well as collaboration with other departments and external service providers
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field, preferably in HVAC, as well as further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Experience in maintaining industrial HVAC systems and basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
- Manual skills, technical understanding, and a networked way of thinking
- Independent work & teamwork, initiative, responsibility and quality awareness, as well as high flexibility are natural qualities for you
- Driver's license category B
- Good PC skills in the MS Office suite
