Your responsibility and main tasks As an Online Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the best positioning of peoplefone in the digital area. You actively support the development of our national marketing and sales strategy and ensure its marketing implementation to significantly drive revenue growth. In doing so, you bridge the gap from thorough analysis directly to visible implementation on our various platforms. The following core tasks are part of your daily routine: Establishing systematic analysis tools for market, trends, and competition as well as the operational implementation of the marketing roadmap. Developing, managing, and optimizing digital performance and content campaigns to increase visibility and acquisition. Success control and agile optimization of all measures based on leading and lagging indicators (e.g., CTR, ROI, CAC). Translating market data and our USPs into effective, practical marketing activities with high target group relevance. Ensuring strategy implementation into measurable results through close exchange with sales and product experts. Your profile At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing within the IT or telecommunications industry, or a similarly dynamic field, preferably in an SME environment. Strong hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial instinct with enjoyment of flat hierarchies and agile team structures. Strategic thinking as well as solid competence in sustainably building systematic market and competitive analyses including the appropriate tool landscape. Profound know-how in operational management of digital campaigns and their consistent optimization using KPIs. High implementation strength as a "bridge builder" to transform strategic visions and analyses into clear, measurable actions. Familiarity with the following tools: Canva; Google Analytics dashboard, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads; Photoshop or Photopea; OpenAI; email and marketing automation platforms.
