Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for an Operations Director and Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d) / 100% in Hünenberg / ZG.
Objectives of the position:
As a member of the management board of Servophil AG, you are responsible for the overall operational control of the company. You ensure that all business processes run efficiently, cost-consciously, and growth-oriented and that the company's financial goals can be achieved. A special focus of your activity is on optimizing the supply chain and operational planning as well as on the strategic and operational responsibility for purchasing. Your contribution to the success of Servophil:
Overall operational management
- Responsibility for controlling and optimizing company processes (operations, purchasing, logistics, administration) - Ensuring the implementation of financial goals and corporate strategy as well as the implementation of subsequent operational measures - Preparation of the budget and monitoring of target achievement within the management team Purchasing & supplier management - Development and implementation of a purchasing strategy for cost optimization and quality assurance of an industrial service provider
- Integration of existing and new IT infrastructure, tools, and methods to increase efficiency (e.g., ERP, digital tools, Lean-Six-Sigma management) - Development and control of controlling instruments for purchasing, operations, and supply chain
