The University Administration team supports students administratively and with advice throughout their studies – from registration and application to leaving ZHdK. The University Administrationis divided into three areas: student advising, student administration, and study coordination.
To complement the team, the University Administration is looking for an

In this varied role, you are responsible for the following tasks:
Responsibility for diploma process
- Preparation of diploma documents
- Collaboration with secretariats on the process of issuing diploma documents
- Handling the exmatriculation process and archiving
- Creating diploma transcripts, confirmations, equivalence declarations, and title conversions
- Maintaining sample folders of diplomas and overview lists of diploma titles
- Interface to IT for changes to diploma titles/diploma supplements (including testing)
Student administration
- Data maintenance of study programs and students (registrations, changes, deregistrations) in the school administration software «Evento»
- Administration of admission procedures with the departmental secretariats (administrative execution of the admission procedure including admission examination, process responsibility ONLA, waiting list process)
- Invoicing for semester bills
- Creation and management of student files
- Enrollment of students including recording and checking of Federal Statistical Office data
- Support for departmental secretariats on process questions and administrative matters
Your profile
For this diverse activity, we are looking for a flexible, team- and service-oriented as well as loyal personality with an independent, efficient, and very precise working style. You are responsible, able to set priorities well, have an eye for detail, and convince with your structured and solution-oriented approach. After a commercial apprenticeship, you have gained at least two years of qualified professional experience and possess excellent MS Office skills. Ideally, you already have experience with the Evento database and are able, due to your pronounced IT affinity, to quickly handle new software applications. Fluent German and very good English skills (C1) complete your profile.
