Qualifications
Your tasks
- Under the direction of the head chef, pamper our guests with the best food quality in terms of taste and expertise
- Implement the kitchen philosophy and the restaurant concept of the gourmet restaurant "Spettacolo" (15 Gault Millau points)
- In the absence of the Chef de Partie, you independently lead and organize the station and ensure a smooth service process
