About the job
The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who need care, support, or help with its services. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region.Your task
• Carrying out care services for clients in their homes according to care planning and medical orders,
• Documentation of care in the progress report
• Adjustments of measures in the care plan in collaboration with the case manager
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Flexibility and willingness for assignments with variable working hours
• Enjoyment of independent work combined with active teamwork
• Proficient IT skills and a valid category B driving license
