Your new role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a clerk for the housing office immediately or by arrangement. In your new role, you will advise landlords and tenants on all rental matters at the counter and by phone. You will check rent deposits, manage the housing office's email account, and handle general correspondence. You will also receive and process objections and complaints. You prepare conciliation hearings, take minutes, and create completion protocols for out-of-court settlements. After the hearings, you maintain the statistics and arrange the payment of deposited rents according to the protocol. Administrative tasks in the secretariat as well as the annual archiving of completed cases are also part of your responsibilities.
This position is for you if you
- have completed commercial training (EFZ).
- can demonstrate several years of professional experience, ideally in property management.
- have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- distinguish yourself by an independent, flexible, and service-oriented way of working.
- enjoy advisory activities.
