These are your tasks
- Operationally lead a team of 8 to 10 employees and up to 5 temporary staff
- Be responsible for new construction and renovations in line and plant construction as well as maintenance work
- Plan deployments of assembly groups according to project planning and coordinate with engineering and construction companies
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, technical regulations, standards, and instructions
- Further develop and promote the organizational unit
- Perform on-call duty
This is what sets you apart
- Basic training as a network electrician or electrical installer EFZ with further training to become a certified network electrician master or higher technical school technician HF
- Several years of experience in network construction electricity, preferably with initial leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering
- Good MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge are an advantage
- Reliable, independent, flexible, and resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Driver's license category B
