AZ Nursing Assistant Day Shift

The Stiftung Alterssiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.

We are looking for the day shift at our two locations Alterszentrum Kastels and am Weinberg by arrangement

Employee* Nursing Assistant AGS or Nursing Helper SRK (40-100%)

You meet the challenges of dealing with elderly people with a lot of motivation and patience. Through your experience, you succeed in providing the residents with professional and individual care and support. Household tasks are also part of your work area.

Your profile:

• Training at assistant level
• At least 2 years of experience in inpatient long-term care
• Very good knowledge of German
• High self-motivation
• Open and constructive personality
• Understanding and empathy for elderly people
