Your tasks as a leader in the electrical field

In this important role, you are responsible for the technology and successfully manage your projects:

Lead projects: You plan and manage exciting assignments from start to finish.

Share knowledge: You are the first point of contact for technical questions and ensure all standards are met.

Lead team: You support your installers in everyday work and also assist apprentices in their training.

Advise customers: You maintain contact with loyal partners and also win new customers for the company.

Check safety: You control the quality of the work and ensure all necessary documentation.

Your profile – your skills count

You bring a lot of experience and have an eye for detail:

Background: You have successfully completed training as a federal diploma electrical installer (master craftsman exam).

Experience: You have already led projects or worked in a similar role as a manager.

Competence: You know the current rules and laws of the industry very well.

Personality: You are a doer and enjoy working with people.

Language: Your native language is German. Since we work in Biel, French is also a great advantage for you.
