Responsibilities:

Participate in the study and calculation phase within the framework of various tenders. Search for variants for technical and/or time optimizations
Participate in the development of installation plans and execution scheduling
Provide advice to teams on site and obtain and analyze field feedback to improve
Study plans (PIC, production, lifting) and prepare technical files
Develop the execution schedule and finalize and validate, in partnership with the calculation department, the realization rates
Establish execution principles, construction methods, operating modes, and phasing
Contribute to feedback on the construction methods used,
Contribute, within the framework of the company's CO2 emission reduction objectives, to promoting virtuous practices in terms of reduced cement consumption, water consumption, and optimized electricity use.

You bring:

Degree as a HES / EPF engineer (or equivalent) in civil engineering
At least 5 years of experience in the position in Switzerland
Proven knowledge in construction site management
Proficiency in Office suite, Autocad, and Revit
Autonomous, organized, proactive, diplomatic
Knowledge of specific equipment (lifting means, concrete plants, Hussor and Sateco wall formworks, Topec slab formwork, Gastiform, etc.)
Service-oriented towards calculation teams and technicians
Sensitive to the company’s environmental commitments
Responsiveness, rigor, precision, initiative, and autonomy
