Your area of responsibility includes

• Independently managing structural engineering projects
• Preparing offers and calculations as well as interim and final invoices
• Planning, measuring, and project preparation
• Leading the construction site team, coordinating construction processes
• Maintaining contact with clients, builders, site managers, authorities, and suppliers
• Monitoring safety, quality, and efficiency on the construction site

You bring

• Completed apprenticeship in the main construction industry
• Technical or business management training as a construction manager
• Experience as a construction manager, especially in the area of conversion and renovation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally in BaubitPro
• Communication and negotiation skills
