- Support in the personnel and professional management of the cleaning staff in close cooperation with the cleaning service management
- Participation in monitoring and controlling the execution of work and cleaning results with regard to economy, efficiency, ecology, and quality
- Collaboration in organizing workflows as well as creating and updating duty and on-call schedules considering the needs of the clinics
- Accompanying and supporting training on hygiene standards, cleaning techniques, and special cleaning
- Collaboration in inventory and material management as well as in checking the operational readiness of machines and equipment

- Completed training in the domestic sector, e.g., domestic specialist EFZ or comparable training
- Reliable, solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC user skills
- Responsible team player with an independent and structured way of working
