- Active leadership and shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and owner representation in the SIA phases 11 to 31 (in site development and object planning).
- Moderation of user needs, translation into a structured requirements/user program, coordination of location and variant studies, development of implementation models, cost/benefit and risk assessment, as well as preparation of recommendations and decision-making bases for committees.
- You link goals, scope, budget, and deadlines with the owner strategy and manage your projects with integration of factory planning, operations (FM), and approval capability to successful implementation maturity.
- University degree in architecture, construction, or industrial engineering or a comparable field.
- Ideally, advanced training at university level, e.g., in business administration, sustainable construction, or project development.
- 5–8 years of experience with industrial or logistical construction projects on the planner or owner side, including conversion/renovation of existing buildings.
- Solid knowledge of the early planning phases, especially SIA sub-phases 11 (needs formulation), 21 (feasibility study), and 31 (preliminary project).
- Strong communication and moderation skills to appear as an eloquent owner towards administration, the public, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness in managing planning offices, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- High system competence: You recognize conflicts of objectives between production, architecture, FM, law, and costs and develop pragmatic, easily communicable solutions.
- Structured, independent working style, confident in classic project management (costs/deadlines/quality) and in handling common PM tools.
