- Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Preparing cost estimates and damage calculations
- Recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive technical training as well as further training in the commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in customer service
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral English and French skills. Additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners, and customer-oriented appearance
- Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
