Head of Project Management (Member of the Executive Team)

Your Job

• Conceptualization, implementation, optimization: Successful project management in the field of product development and contract manufacturing for disposable packaging, from planning to mass production
• Leadership: Guidance, mentoring, and management of a team with 3 project managers to ensure successful project execution; influencing the company in the interest of project success
• Strategic planning: Establishing the vision for project management within the organization and developing strategies to improve project execution capabilities
• Portfolio management: Monitoring the entire project portfolio to ensure all projects align with strategic goals and are successfully completed
• Project management: Overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as leading own projects
• Risk management: Supervising risk management processes and ensuring risks in projects are effectively controlled
• Reporting: Effective project documentation and progress reports to the CEO and relevant stakeholders

Your Strengths

• Technical basic education with advanced studies (university/FH)
• At least 10 years of practical experience, ideally in an internationally active and manufacturing company
• Proven success in project and change management
• Strong presence, good motivational skills, clear communication, and professional appearance
• Assertiveness, precise, independent, and structured working style

• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of coaching and mentoring methods
