Once you have completed your 3-year basic training, this one-year internship will allow you to deepen your theoretical knowledge and obtain your Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC). Our professional trainers will support you throughout, and you will have the opportunity to carry out various tasks independently while gradually taking on responsibilities.

Your mission
- You manage the debt collection procedure overall for your assigned files
- You ensure the follow-up of files, including tasks arising from deadlines
- You write correspondence related to the managed files and written correspondence with clients
- You open and process incoming mail
- You establish payment arrangements, blocks, and manage exclusions from the LCA
- You participate in professional training projects
What you bring
- You have obtained a professional maturity certificate issued by a business or management school (3+1 system)
- You have good grades in languages and mathematics, a taste for accounting, an interest in numbers, as well as good spelling.
- You work precisely and think in an interconnected way
- You are motivated, with a strong desire to learn and excel
- You demonstrate communication and organisational skills
- You enjoy working in a team and are customer-oriented
