To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Team Leader, Quality Analysis whose main mission will be to coordinate and monitor internal quality activities in a series production environment. You will work Monday to Friday in 2 shifts (5am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-10pm).
Your responsibilities:
Management and coordination of a team of quality inspectors
Preparation and presentation of quality figures
Participation in daily QRQC reports
Evaluation of quality issues, definition and follow-up of action plans
Coordination and handling of department activities (PDCA)
Handling of internal/external complaints
Change management. Submission of PPAP files
Member of the 8D team
Internal auditor according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards
Quarantine management
Our requirements:
BSc. in Quality Assurance or other equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in quality in a series production environment. Experience in the automotive sector is a definite advantage.
Experience in team management.
In-depth knowledge of APQP and related disciplines (D,P-FMEA, control plans).
In-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools such as Fault-tree analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and other disciplines such as the 8D methodology.
Basic technical experience in DC / BLDC / stepper motors, plastic materials and injection, stamping.
Basic technical experience in procedures and test equipment used for project validation for automotive applications.
Languages: Fluent French and English. German is a definite advantage.
