Maintenance Agent

The Electrical Energy Department operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies, and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.
Mission:
- Carry out routine maintenance work on dams and plants of two hydroelectric developments (Jura Neuchâtelois)
- Contribute to the improvement of electromechanical installations and renewal projects
- Operate equipment locally (valves, screens)
- Ensure monitoring of installations, operational work (cleaning, snow removal, maintaining the funicular track, mowing the grass)
- Contribute to troubleshooting and repair missions and participate in the on-call service
Profile:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field, complemented by at least 5 years of experience as an electrician fitter, locksmith, or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Knowledge in industrial operation and maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Versatile and comfortable with both indoor and outdoor work, with a good disposition for physical tasks
- Meticulous, autonomous, flexible, and with a strong team spirit
- Resident within a maximum of 45 minutes from CH-2325 Les Planchettes and CH-2123 St-Sulpice
