What to expect with us

• You develop concepts together with an experienced consultant that consider all aspects of company formation, pension provision, as well as tax and fiduciary situations.
• You accompany company formations in a team from the deed of incorporation to operational start and develop pension solutions for company founders, the pension fund and all other business and social insurances.
• You accompany consultants in client meetings and are responsible for professional preparation and follow-up.
• You independently create documentation for our clients and coordinate the internal client acquisition process.
• You continuously expand your knowledge and develop step by step into an independent consultant.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies and initial professional experience in insurance, banking, fiduciary, or consulting sectors
• Ideally further recognised training (VBV, Swiss federal diploma insurance specialist, or similar)
• Enjoyment of client contact and a professional appearance
• Desire for a dynamic, service-oriented industry, reliability and accuracy, even in hectic times
• Confident communication in German and English
