Project Manager C5I

• Responsibility for the technical and strategic implementation of agile customer projects on site around security-relevant IT systems as a Project Manager in the Consulting C5I area
• Ensuring qualitative and timely service delivery as well as stage-appropriate, transparent and open communication in all project phases
• Determining project goals and managing all project activities and project teams
• Reviewing and specifying project proposals/ideas for technical feasibility and converting them into a project order coordinated with the customer
• Advising the customer on project issues and regarding the impact of change requests
• Ensuring flawless stakeholder management and skillful negotiation

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a strong technical flair
• Experience as a consultant on site with the customer or willingness to do so
• Several years of experience as a project manager or sub-project manager with a focus on customer projects in an agile environment
• Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe as well as Confluence and Jira
• Further training in project management, ideally certifications in HERMES Foundation and IPMA Level B or C
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills and a pronounced quality awareness
• Structured, organized and conscientious personality with doer qualities
• Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
• Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
