Your Tasks
- Management and organization of the entire nursing service in mobile care
- Personnel management, development, and deployment planning of nursing, care, and housekeeping staff
- Service and route planning for our customers according to SGBXI, SGBV as well as for care and housekeeping services
- Preparation of offers for service inquiries, as well as contract creation
- Conducting consultation assignments and advisory discussions
- Ensuring high quality in the care and support of our customers
- Planning and implementation of care processes as well as documentation and quality management
- Contact person for customers, relatives, and employees regarding nursing and organizational questions
- Close cooperation with attending physicians and other service providers such as senior residences
- Responsibility for implementing care standards as well as legal and corporate requirements
- Further development of the care offering and active participation in the design of advanced and continuing training measures for nursing staff
Your Profile
- Completed training in geriatric nursing or health and nursing care with further training in nursing service management
- Several years of professional experience in outpatient care and/or in managing a nursing service
- Strong leadership skills as well as enthusiasm for employee motivation and development
- Very good knowledge in care planning and documentation
- Confident handling of common IT applications
- High social and communication skills as well as empathy in dealing with customers and employees
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness for continuous advanced and further training
