The SVA Graubünden, with around 200 employees, is the competence center for social insurances and guarantees expert execution of the tasks assigned to it. A Reintegration Advisor for the IV Office
Workload: 80%
The Disability Insurance (IV) is a nationwide mandatory social insurance. It supports insured persons who are threatened by or affected by disability through reintegration measures. The goal is for the insured persons to secure their livelihood fully or partially independently. If such (re)integration is not or only partially possible, the IV pays out a (partial) pension.
Tasks
- Support for persons with health impairments in maintaining their workplace or in job search
- Conducting discussions with affected persons, partners, and employers
- Preparation of situation, problem, and resource analyses
- Planning of reintegration and processing of benefit approvals and rejections
- Management of reintegration files
- Accompanying affected persons and coordinating all parties involved
- Fieldwork in the canton of Graubünden
Requirements
- Integrative personality with experience in professional integration or social insurances
- Completed training in coaching/case management is an advantage
- Medical knowledge is an advantage
- Resilient, confident in negotiations, efficient, customer- and goal-oriented
- Confident oral and written expression in the cantonal languages
- Good IT skills
- Open, communicative, and constructive team skills
- Driver's license and own vehicle for fieldwork
