To support the growing development of our company, we are looking to recruit a MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY (M/F) at 100% for our main site in Vuadens (FR).

Your mission

• Coordinate all maintenance and repair activities of the workshop machines

• Plan interventions efficiently to minimise machine downtime

• Ensure that resources, spare parts and necessary tools are available in a timely manner

• Apply and promote safety standards in the workshop

• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including operations management, purchasing and logistics, to ensure optimal coordination

Your key skills

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a construction machinery mechanic or equivalent and possess a category B driving licence.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• You have proven experience in team management

• You appreciate the construction sector

• You are comfortable with IT tools and the Windows suite and speak/write French well
