To strengthen our customer service team at the Windisch location, we are looking for a committed, dynamic, and technically skilled individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks – clear, responsible, future-oriented:
- Competent consultation and support of our customers on-site, by phone, and by email – focusing on individual solutions and sustainable customer satisfaction
- Organization, acceptance, and coordination of customer orders, including efficient deployment and workshop planning
- Preparation of meaningful offers as well as advice on suitable service and repair solutions
- Comprehensive order processing from recording to invoicing – reliable, precise, and on time
- Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks in the after-sales area to ensure smooth processes
This is part of your profile
- Completed technical basic training in the automotive sector with commercial further education or commercial training with solid experience in vehicle technology
- Professional experience in customer service / after sales, ideally in the commercial vehicle or construction machinery industry
- Confident handling of common MS Office programs and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Strong independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented personality with a high degree of flexibility and service orientation
