We are looking for a personality who enriches school social work with enthusiasm and expertise. Actively shape a supportive environment for our students and become part of an inspiring team. We are six school social workers serving 4 school units and 22 kindergartens with around 2100 primary school children in the city of Bülach. The contract municipality Höri receives our services through the primary school Bülach. To complement our team, we are looking for the Hohfuri school from April 1, 2026 or by arrangement a
- Contact point and counseling for students, school staff, and parents/legal guardians
- Development of targeted measures on the topics of child protection, violence, exclusion, etc.
- Individual case assistance and conflict and crisis interventions
- Group and class interventions
- Prevention and project work
- Networking with local specialist agencies
- Completed training in social work/social pedagogy FH or HF
- Further training in the areas of school social work and (systemic) counseling
- Competence in developing and implementing projects
- Independent, open, proactive, and communicative personality with a sense of humor
- Interest in collaborating with parents/legal guardians, various professionals, and authorities
- Working hours: three working days (if possible consecutively) during school time
