We are a construction company headquartered in Immensee (SZ), active in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, track civil engineering, track and road construction. To strengthen our motivated and multicultural team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a hands-on and reliable personality as Foreman Track Construction (m/f/d).

These tasks await you:

Technical and personnel management of track construction sites
Responsibility for the handling of orders and projects
Monitoring and reporting of the work to be carried out
Interface between construction manager and work group
Training, instructing and leading the construction site personnel
Responsibility for the implementation and control of occupational safety on your own construction site

You should bring the following:

Completed basic training in the construction industry
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Further training as a foreman desirable
Willingness for flexible work assignments
Resilient & team-oriented personality
High professional and social competence
