Living & Housing «in der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes housing, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 140 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service and administration. The company operates as a non-profit corporation on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

Professional care and support of clients in their homes

Carrying out basic and treatment care

Support with mobilization and daily life activities

Documentation and reporting according to guidelines

Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team

Advice and support for relatives
Completed training as a health specialist

Experience in Spitex or home care is an advantage

High professional and social competence as well as empathy in dealing with clients

Independent and responsible way of working

Category B driving license is an advantage, or willingness to be on the road with an e-bike
