Customer Service Advisor 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the central and coordinating link between the customer and the service offerings of our dealership. You always act in a customer- and service-oriented manner and provide reliable service at a high level.
- You are our first point of contact for customers – from the friendly reception to the relaxed vehicle return
- You don’t just sell service, you convince with know-how. Whether maintenance, repair, or clever additional offers – you find the right solution for every situation
- Customer satisfaction is in your blood. You take concerns seriously, solve challenges confidently, and ensure that our customers feel completely well cared for
- You recognize customer wishes and repair needs at a glance and know how to set priorities correctly
- You keep things under control – by tracking appointments, coordinating orders, and ensuring quality, you secure top quality
- You take care of invoicing, checking, and providing clear explanations – transparent and customer-friendly
- You already have completed training or further education as a service advisor
- You have solid commercial knowledge and have already gained experience as a service advisor
- With your open manner and communication talent, you find it easy to conduct customer conversations in a friendly and professional way
- You have a sales flair and enjoy actively offering suitable solutions
- You are eager to develop further and learn new things
- A confident handling of digital tools and IT knowledge is a matter of course for you
