The PDAG Education Competence Center, which is assigned to the PBS area (Care, Education and Social Service), has included since 2023, across clinics, alongside care, FaGe/AGS also the training support for social pedagogy in the PDAG. As a result of the centralization of training support, we are looking for a full-time practical trainer from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who ensures practical support, the implementation of competence acquisition planning/performance records as well as practice promotion and contact with educational providers across various clinics and departments.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the support and methodological/didactic concerns of the training of social pedagogy students HF/FH
- Individual learning support across various practical stations including location discussions, learning goal agreements and competence reflections
- Promotion of theory-practice relation through targeted reflection formats
- Ensuring training quality through evaluation, feedback processes and continuous improvement
- Supporting students in role finding, self-reflection and development of a professional attitude
- Organization and implementation of learning forums, skill trainings, workshops and peer learning formats
- Incorporation of current findings from educational research and social pedagogy
- Active participation in forums, projects and working groups of the PDAG
Profile
- You have a federally recognized education in social pedagogy HF/FH (recognition certificate required for foreign diplomas)
- Qualification as a practical trainer in social work HF/FH according to BVV
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatric and social pedagogical settings
- Didactic competence and experience in learning support
- High communication skills, empathy and structured working method
- Enjoyment of inter-institutional cooperation and conceptual work
