About the job
What you can achieve
- Handling all administration and organization of the organizational unit including correspondence, maintaining and managing patient documentation, etc., as well as appointment coordination and information exchange
- Patient reception and admission including master data maintenance
- Informing, caring for, and accompanying patients during the treatment process
- Preparing the consultation hours, preparing all materials and devices for minor surgical procedures in the outpatient operating room
- Checking the accuracy of service recording and initiating measures for any corrections
- Trainer duties in the practical training of civilian service personnel and assistant interns
What you bring with you
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Anesthesia Technical Assistant with at least 1 year of professional experience in a medical practice or hospital setting
- Solid IT user skills (MS Office, SAP, Termdispo advantageous)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (C2) desired
- French skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
- Open and appreciative communication as well as high organizational and social competence, pronounced service orientation
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate interdisciplinarily with various professional groups
