Lecturer for Strategy, Organization and Leadership in Public and/or Nonprofit Organizations 60 – 80%

About the job

• You take over the acquisition, management and processing of research and consulting projects in the public and nonprofit sector (possible topics: strategy, organization and leadership development, governance and decision-making processes)
• You teach in education (Bachelor and/or Master in Business Administration) and in further education including supervision of student papers and projects
• You write professional publications and strengthen networking within and outside the institute, also within the framework of (inter)national conferences and meetings
• You maintain active collaboration and networking with actors from practice, science and politics
• You participate in internal projects of the IBR and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts

• You have a university degree in economics or social sciences (at least Master level, PhD desired)
• You have in-depth practical knowledge in public and/or nonprofit organizations
• You have experience in project management and consulting (including acquisition)
• Experience with research and publication activities is desired
• You are characterized as an independent, entrepreneurial thinking, team-oriented, communicative and innovative personality. In addition, you bring a high level of customer orientation and communication skills in German (written and spoken), ideally also in English
