The iwaz offers as a social enterprise assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social contracts, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.

To optimize our ICT systems and further develop the networking of our building technology, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a versatile personality who feels at home both in the server landscape and in the world of building technology and automation.

ICT & FM Allrounder*in Technical Services Department / ICT 80–100 %

• Operation, support, and maintenance of the client/server infrastructure (Windows, Microsoft 365) as well as the network (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
• Responsibility for first- and second-level support including client management, Microsoft 365 environment, and hardware; training and support of users.
• Support, configuration, and operation of systems at the interface between IT and building technology, such as access control systems, video surveillance, and building management systems.
• Participation in digitization projects, especially in the area of smart office and technical facility management.
• Monitoring IT security, ensuring smooth operation of building technology, and implementing security policies.
• Close cooperation and coordination with external IT and building services providers.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty to ensure continuous operation.

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, telematics technician, or a comparable technical education with a strong IT focus.
• Solid knowledge in ICT system technology as well as a high affinity for technical building equipment (TGA, HVAC, MSR).
• Confident handling of Microsoft technologies as well as a solid understanding of common network protocols.
• Strong team and service orientation, high hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to think beyond classic IT boundaries.
