Your challenge
- Monitoring and controlling the services of external IT infrastructure providers, especially Swisscom as the primary partner
- Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the various IT infrastructure services
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to modernize and optimize the IT infrastructure
- Management and maintenance of IT documentation as well as IT infrastructure architecture and asset inventory
- Support in planning and executing IT projects regarding necessary IT infrastructure adjustments
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with security requirements and regulatory provisions
- Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewall, etc.)
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties concerning the internally and externally hosted IT infrastructure
Your profile
- Completed studies in the IT field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience in the administration of IT infrastructures, both internally and in cooperation with external providers
- Solid knowledge in networks, server administration, virtualization, and cloud services
- Experience dealing with external service providers and knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
- Team player and organizational talent
